CUSCO

CUZCO AND MACHU PICCHU

DAY 01.- LIMA - CUZCO (CITY TOUR + RUINS)
Reception at the airport of the city of Cuzco and transfer to the Hotel, coca tea will be given for acclimatization owing to the altitude. Visit to the Ollantaytambo Archeological Park, conformed by squares, temples and the Ñustas baths. Return to Cuzco (Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday). Lodging.

DAY 04.- CUZCO - LIMA

INCA TRAIL
4 Days / 3 Nights

DAY 01.- CUZCO - Inca Trail KM 82 WAYLLABAMBA
Very early in the morning our guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cuzco to transfer you by bus to the town of Piscacucho, where we will have a snack. After approximately three hours of walking we will stop for lunch. Then, we will continue walking heading for the first camp in Wayllabamba; we will visit the archaeological complex of Llactapata en route. Dinner and overnight in the camp.

DAY 02.- WAYLLABAMBA - PACAYMAYO
After breakfast, the hardest part of the trail begins, with a steep ascent, followed by 3 hours walking until reaching the first step, Warmiwañusca called (Dead Woman), up to 4.200m.a.s.l. approximately. You will not only enjoy incredible panoramic views from here but you will also have the satisfaction to have reached the top. After lunch in Vizcachayoc we will descend towards Pacaymayo (3500m.a.s.l.) for dinner and camp.

DAY 03.- PACAYMAYO - WIÑAYHUAYNA
After breakfast the ascent will begin until the second more important step of the route, up to 3, 900m.a.s.l., where you will enjoy a guided visit to the archaeological complex Runkurakay and the Inca citadel of Sayacmarca (3, 600m.a.s.l.). Lunch in Chaqquicocha. Then, you will continue walking towards Phuya Patamarka (town in clouds), another important archaeological monument. After a brief rest , we will continue walking until arriving at Wiñay Huayna (Always Young), for a guided visit to this archaeological complex spectacularly located. Dinner and overnight in the camp. Note: The above are the regular camp sites according to the circuit operated by Enjoy Peru, however, these can vary according to disposition levied by the Machu Picchu Management Unit without previous warning, which will not affect the itinerary.

DAY 04.- WIÑAYHUAYNA - MACHU PICCHU - CUZCO
After breakfast (05:00 approx.), start walking for one hour by the forest until the Inti Punku (Door of the Sun), known like the front door to Machu Picchu, from where we will be able to have an impressive panoramic view of the Inca citadel. Upon arrival to Machu Picchu, you will have a guided tour of the ruins and monuments, such as the Main Square, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock, the Royal Quarters, the temple of the Three Windows and the cemeteries. Free time to stroll around the citadel and then meet the rest of the group to be transferred by bus to Aguas Calientes for lunch. In the afternoon return to Cuzco by train. Upon arrival in Cuzco, transfer to hotel.
Evening free. We recommend to dine out at any of Cuzco's downtown restaurants and stroll by the Main Square.

CHOQUEKIRAO TREK
4 Days / 3 Nights

DAY 01.- QACHORA
To scheduled time I gather of the hotel to initiate trip until the locality of Qachora, in the passage we will stop to have breakfast in the town of Limatambo soon to continue until the Cunyac bridge, limit of the departments of Cuzco and Apurímac. Curawasi is the district where we will have lunch (12:30hrs approx.) and to continue immediately until Qachora where we will have the first day of camping. Supper and spends the night.

DAY 02.- WAYWAQALLI
Soon of the typical breakfast, we initiated ours travesia walking by a slope footpath smooth and to arrive at the passage of 3800 the Waywaqalli hill to msnm where we began to descend towards Apurímac river at which we will arrive noon when having lunch and continuing by space of 2 hours in a strong ascent until Santa Rosa and after one hour but to arrive at the place of the second camping.

DAY 03.- CHOQUEKIRAO
This day we will raise to the very early group (05:00hrs) for soon of the breakfast ascending until the archaeological complex of Choquekirao happening through Marampata and continuing by space of one hour by smooth slopes. The archaeological rest of Choquekirao will be visited the accompanied rest of the day always of the guide who acertadamente will explain about this important refuge Inca. To scheduled time we initiated the return to our camping where we will have supper and have the last camping.

DAY 04.- QACHORA
A good breakfast will be served in Santa Rosa and to return by the same way towards the Qachora locality at which we will be arriving at 13:00hrs. approx., in the passage we will appreciate exotic as well as seen flora and fauna of imposing made snow-white and the impressive tube of the Apurímac. In the evening we will be transferred to the medicinal baths thermus of Qonoq where we will rest by space of one hour and to continue soon to the city of the Cuzco at which we will arrive at 20:00hrs. Transfer to the hotel.

H/D PIQUILLACTA AND ANDAHUAYLILLAS
We start the tour at 09:00 morning to the south of Cusco, visiting the archaeological complex of Pikillacta, unique sample of the pre-inca urbanity of Cuzco, belonging to the Wari culture (800 a.c). Then we will continue the tour arriving to the quiet and beautifull colonial town of Andahuaylillas, which is famous for its San Pedro Apóstol Church knowed like the Capilla Sixtina de América. Owing to the numerous paintings which contains representatives of the mongrel art of the colonial epoch. Andahuaylillas has an esplendid landscape and an pleasant weather, which convert it in an ideal place for the rest.

DAY 03.- COLCA CANYON - AREQUIPA

CHICLAYO AND THE SIPAN LORD

DAY 02.- CHICLAYO (SIPAN + BRUNING MUSEUM + HUACA RAJADA) - TRUJILLO
Breakfast in the Hotel. Visit to the archaeological Brunning museum for an introduction of the history from Lambayeque, where are displayed a collection of gold objects, silver and bronze from the different cultures which were developed on the region, as well as the treasures of the Lord of Sipan. Afterwards we can appreciate the beautiful colonial mansions, the longest balcony existing in Peru (the Logia House), San Pedro church, Main Park.
We will also visit the outstanding Necropolis of Huaca Rajada (35kms), where many tombs have been discovered, being the most important the one belonging to the Lord of Sipan (V century), and to the Old Lord of Sipan (III century). Return to the city and transfer to the airport to board your departure flight to Lima.

DIA 04.- PASTORURY SNOWY - PUYA RAYMONDI
Breakfast in the Hotel. Did you sometimes dream to make a snowyman ? Together we will able to do it and we will enter to the ice caves and fascinating toboggans, you will know the Puya Raymondi, the Pumashimin lake of multicolours waters, rupestrine art, etc.

ARCHAEOLOGICAL TOUR IN NAZCA
We will start the tour from the “Watchtower” where we will see the shapes and the lines of the Pampa San José like “The hand” and “The tree”, a little visit to the museum and the Maria Reiche tombs. Visit to the “Paredones” real tambo of the Inca age, its defines like administrative center, numerous rooms, terraces, yards with stone grounds and adobe walls.

Arrival to the city of Iquitos, Reception in the airport and Transfer to the port of Bellavista to board the fluvial boat for visiting the Bora tribes by the Momon river.

We'll continue navigating by the Amazon river approx. 1:15 towards Yanamono, which is 80 km from Iquitos, where is the Heliconia Amazone River Lodge.

In the afternoon we'll do a two hour walk with expert guides, identifying medical plants and impressive giant trees as the lupuna”. DAY 02.- BIRDS AND PLANTS WATCHING - FISHING TOUR
Morning trip to observe the impressive water plants the Victoria Regias in the Caceres gap. Breakfast in the lodge, we will make a visit to a sugar mill for observing the making of aguardiente , an alcoholic drink. Lunch.

In the afternoon we'll do fishing of piranhas and other varieties at the gar of the Amazon. Return to the Lodge, dinner and lodge.

A brief visit to the famous museum that will introduce you the History of Pre-hispanic Peru. Several presentations will lead you through centuries of Peruvian History before the arrival of the Spaniards. Time permitting, you will experience the recreation of hunters and harvesters in the central region of Peru, a tomb in Nazca and an aerial view of the Nazca lines. DAY 01.- LIMA - PUERTO MALDONADO
Reception and departure from the airport where we will visit the city and walk to the Madre de Dios port. At the selected hour we board a canoe trip of approx. 45 minutes to arrive at the Cuzco Amazonic lodge in front of the Tortugas islands.
Reception, excursion guided after lunch and another walk of two hours in the jungle.

DAY 02.- PUERTO MALDONADO (TREKKING BY THE JUNGLE) - SANDOVAL LAKE

DAY 01.- LIMA - PUNO (SILLUSTANI CHULLPAS)

F/D AMANTANI ISLAND
Visit to the Amantani island where we can visit the archaeological places like the cementery cave of Chatajón and ceremonials like Pasallasca O’cco, where each year is venerated the Mama Qocha. Its habitants dedicate principally to the agriculture and the fishing. They product textures in design variety and they make baskets and bins with the straw of ichu.

They also realize carved on granítica rock proceeding of the Llacastiti mountain.

Breakfast in the hotel. We will do a city tour visiting The Facala Mayorazgo House, Santo Domingo square, Main square, Urquiaga House, El Recreo Plaza and San Francisco Church. Then we'll do a brief tour around the Trujillo Wall with direction to the open country of Moche, visit to the Sun and Moon temples, we continue to the traditional bathing resort of Las Delicias. Excursion to the archaeological zone of Chan Chan considered as the biggest mud town of America.
