VOCABULARY PHYSICAL EDUCATION 2nd E.S.O. 2016-17

General Warm-up: In group general joint mobility:
1. Continuous smooth run.
2. Dynamic flexibility exercises and strength, speed work.
3. Group cool-down, body stretching.

Specific Warm-up:
1. General phase would correspond with the general warming.
2. Specific phase: focus on muscle groups most directly involved in sports or vigorous activity performed.
3. Technique phase: technical exercises, specific sport or activity.
Group cool-down, stretch and pick up all the materials.

Physical Test. Outside:
1. Speed race (40 meters),
2. Standing long jump test,
3. Throwing medicine ball,
4. Agility race 9 meters x 4 times.

Physical Test. Inside:
1. Ruffier-Dickson Test,
2. Anthropometry measurements,
3. Deep flexibility of the body.

Resistance: to develop aerobic resistance with continuous or interval methods.
1. Continuous smooth run for 4-6 minutes, walk for 3-5 minutes and continuous smooth run for 4-6 minutes.
2. Circuit training courses with 10 exercises; first we work out for 30 seconds then rest for 15 seconds and then go on to the next exercise.
3. Total training: first we work out for 10 minutes then rest for 3 minutes and then go on to the next total training.
4. To assess aerobic resistance: continuous smooth run for 15 minutes.

Floorball
1. Games related to controlling the ball with the stick.
2. Controlling and driving the ball between cones, doing short and long distance passes between classmates and a match 4 to 4.
3. Passing the ball with both classmates moving, hitting the ball between cones, hitting the ball to the cone, play 2 to 2 and finally a match 4 to 4.
4. To assess all the technical concepts in a practical game and of the floorball team. Match 7 to 7.

Bicycle and road safety

Judo: a single sport with contact between players.

Physical Test of Léger or Course Navette
Objective: to assess maximum aerobic resistance.
Main Part: perform the test.

Physical Education.
Warm-up: general and specific.
Resistance: continuous and interval methods. Aerobic resistance.
Fitness: salud, en forma. Physical fitness: buena forma física.
Smooth run = jogging= footing. Walking-Running.
Physical Test.
Floorball: games, controlling, driving, passing and hitting the ball.
Materials: stick, balls, cones, goal.
Classmates. Match 4 to 4.

3. Fartlek: running for 3 minutes, high intensity maximum 180 pulsations per minute and walk or continuous smooth run for 2 minutes, the same with 4, 5, 4, 3 minutes.
4. Resistance Strength: Exercises about strength of abdominal, lumbar, arms, legs and gluteus areas.
5. To assess aerobic resistance: continuous smooth run for 25 minutes.

Static Flexibility:
In pairs stretching about PNF and Solverborn methods, relaxation progressive of Jackbson.

Volleyball
1. Games related to setting the ball with your fingers.
2. Forearm passes or bumps in pairs, and serving the ball, play 2 to 2 and finally a match 4 to 4.
3. Practise topspin, float serving, spiking and blocking the ball.
4. To assess all the technical concepts in a practical game of the volleyball team. Match 6 to 6.

Physical Theatre
To express with your body expressions, gestures and movements.
In pairs, games of lack of inhibition and others about proper skills with your body, emotions and movements of physical theatre.
